Don’t worry, you will be alongside with a pilot/flight instructor. Fly with ACFC known as Angeles City Flying Club located in Magalang, Pampanga. This place is just a couple of hours from Manila and easily navigated through Waze so you would not get lost.
We got there before 7 am since they said it is best to fly early in the morning. The flight is also dependent on good wind/weather condition so better check with them first. We were lucky to be the first group there so we did not have to wait too long. Before we took off, the instructor explained some basic information about the plane and what to expect up in the air. He also told us that he would let us maneuver the plane once up there. Exciting!
The view from the top is amazing. You will enjoy the vast greenfields of Pampanga and the backdrop of Mt. Arayat with the strong wind blowing in your, face-kinda like riding in the motorcycle except that you’re up up in the air. After a few minutes, you’re instructor will let you try to maneuver the stick with left, right, up and down movement. Yay! You get to enjoy this whole experience for the whole 10-min.
